I've been calling for literally 40 min the Orlando Sea World location, no one picks up!!. It's their business hours, the rental is already paid for, need to pick up today and I need to speak with the local "team". No help from online forum, no care for good service all around. Will not use again or recommend this "company" ever. So sad Double Tree has them in their location, they are actually a nice hotel but Thrifty's personel here does not represent them well.
Would rate 5 stars only for hotel staff in thrifty, really rude and kept answering the phone while dealing with me as a customer. Car was great really clean perfect condition. Told me tank was full yet when I checked it clearly wasn't.
They ripped us off with the price and the employees are rude and don't give a heck especially if you're from another state.
Tried calling several times. Hours posted from 8am-6pm. No one answers phone ! Car is reserved online and wanted to check status before driving over from resort to pick car up. Guess I’ll just have to risk it ?
We had a contracted rate we booked prior to picking up the car. They overcharged us then when we attempted to rectify this. We were told you should've checked the price before you left. Super shady and lacking customer service. Please I don't want anyone else to get screwed
It's was the worst experience and definitely I'm gonna tell everyone to not deal with this company.
