Because I was running late, they left and went to another location. They didn't call or anything. Had to wait an extra hour on top of running late for them to drive all the way back. Unprofessional as can be.

Sneaky. "accept vehicle coverage" isn't always as clear as "Do you want additional insurance?" Watch your contract CAREFULLY with these guys, especially at the Loews Sapphire Resort. Customer service no help to charge back. They tried to diffuse on Twitter and then did nothing. Go with Enterprise. They are VERY up front with their terminology and not so hyperfocused on the upsell.
Much more expensive than surrounding rental companies. Had to wait at desk for long time every time.
Had a positive experience with Hertz here. Great price on the rental, picked me up from my hotel nearby. Only thing that was confusing is that the webpage suggests calling more than 24 hours in advance to arrange a pickup. Instead I was told and wound up calling the morning of my rental to get picked up.
