These people are legit scam artists. Run away. Every person in the car rental facility when I was there, was very upset, many cursing the company and employees. It is a terrible place.
This is only one star, because I can't give it zero. These people are horrible thieves!
We had a great experience with this company. We had just missed the shuttle when arriving to the pick up area and were prepared to wait awhile due to other reviews. To our surprise the next shuttle was there with in 5 minutes. Pick up went smooth and price paid was the price quoted.no pressure sales as I had all required docents ready for them. Returning the car went just as smooth and we returned to the airport ahead of schedule. The only reason we did not leave 5 stars was because the inside of the windshield was dirty. We had to stop and wash it and there was no washer fluid in the car. I would not hesitate to rent here again. Save your self some money and rent from Ace.
These guys are a fraction of the cost of the other rental companies. I was very happy, but realize you get what you pay for. The wait time for a shuttle will be a bit longer (maybe ~20 minutes), the car will have higher miles, the tires will be more worn. But the car was clean and reliable, the people were very pleasant, and I saved a ton of money!
Additionally, the sales associate pretty much mocked me for thinking I would be able to get a better deal on gas by filling it up before returning it, as opposed to choosing to have the them fill it up for their price.
The crazy thing about this bad review is that there's no way they would be able to track down who gave them this review, because I think every single person that set foot in that facility last night would write the same thing. Unbelievable!
Jose Cruz is the reason why I keep renting from this location. What a great guy! Always a great smooth experience. Extremely helpful. Top notch customer service. Nice cars at great prices too. Great staff and management. Thank you guys!
They didn't have the car that I reserved, and they downgraded me without giving me a better price. They tried to rip me off by saying that I wasn't providing them the right insurance card, and that was clearly fabricated in order to try to pressure me into purchasing their $20 per day insurance.
Parked here for 4 days when I flew out of Orlando. Great price. My only complaint was the time it took for the shuttle on the way there and back. It took about an hour to get to the airport. The staff was very nice though and I like I said, the price was worth the additional time it took. I would definitely use them again but I would need to add another hour on each end of my journey.
