I can't begin to explain how much, not only this location, but Hertz as a whole let us down. We arrived ten minutes after our reserved pick up time and were greeted by an empty desk. The hotel bell service and management were the only thing helpful at this location. Over a 20 minute span they tried several times to reach the gentleman working there. They finally did and he said he would be back in five minutes. Thirty minutes later they were closed, no one had helped us and we had a four hour drive ahead of us after spending the day at Disneyworld. The hotel reached the gentleman's manager and he said that no one would be coming to help us. We called Hertz several times and were repeatedly told that they did not have the authority to do anything for us but that it would be reported and put in the notes under our reservation. After making it to the airport, only by the help of the hotel guest services, we were able to procure another rental and drive to Miami almost 3 hours later than we had planned. After never receiving a call from them, I called Hertz back several days later and was met with the same lack concern. However, I was given the name of the regional manager that was also going to "hear" my complaint, Mr. John Cheek. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone in that company and they will never get my business ever again!
Got to the Hertz kiosk just before they "opened" at 8am, and waited 35 minutes for the Hertz representative so I could return my vehicle. He was still a no show when the Hilton Hotel Manager came over and offered me a ride to the parks, as I would have missed the shuttle.
It was confirmed and I had a pickup time at 11:30 today, I kept trying to call the Hertz desk, no answer, for 2 hrs.. final went down at 1230 and no one was there. Bell hops Called and Called Jeavon Todd no answer then finely got a hold of him At 13:00 he told them he was on his way, 13:30 still a no show...
His reply was I don't have any cars here. I said had you been at work on your computer here at your desk, you could have taken care of your business. His reply NOT MY PROBLEM.
I called at 0930 and was transferred to Hertz national call line, and went down to the desk at 1000 am to speak to the Hertz rep. There was NO ONE AROUND the bell hops said they had not seen him yet.
When I gave him my name and confermation number, he said I don't have a car for you. I said look I have tried to get a Hertz Rep here for 4 hrs now, I booked this car at 1100 and you had three 2 hrs to get my car. But you were not hear, you failed to even check your emails or coumpter. Now I have a 1 hr drive to see my aunt for 102 birthday and can make it.
I went back to my room and booked a car on line at Hertz at this location even though it was $50.00 then one from Hertz on Orange Rd in Orlando cause it was easer to return it here since I was staying at Bonnet Creek.
I had to walk away I told him if that's his attitude he has been here to long.... and judging from his reviews he is over due for another job....
Then he logs on to his coumpter and said it will take a few to warm up..??
There is sometimes nobody at the Desk. Guy was 80 min late picking me up. Not making this mistake again.

Very friendly and efficient service. Would definitely rent from this location again.
Buyer beware! Promptness doesn't seem to be important to the people at this location. They also aren't proactive about keeping their customers in the loop, the bellman had to call around to find out what was happening.
