The line was short when I arrived while the other major companies had more than 50 customers waiting in line. The people at the desk were more than helpful and they explained everything in great detail!!

They will charge your card weeks later without telling you and when you call to see why they will say it's for missing a toll. When you know you made sure to go through and pay each toll!! Don't rent from them save yourself the hassle and rent from a better company.
Salesman was rushed and didn't want to answer questions and wanted to sell us a bunch of stuff. Paid way more than anticipated. Do your research to know what you need beforehand. The car was good quality and return process was simple.
Great experience. However be sure to check the tire treads. Mines were completely bald but thanks to my husband's knowledgeable eyes, our mini van was replaced. Everything was was perfect.
I didn't have to wait in a long line when I arrived in Orlando. Although the agent wasn't overly friendly, he was cordial and very helpful. He went over the contract and I did not receive any pressure to buy add-ons or upgrades. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the vehicle to arrive from another location, but it was worth it. Nice vehicle with no issues the entire week. Return process was also very easy and quick. I would rent from Advantage Orlando Airport again without a second thought.
