This place is great because it's located directly next to Magic Kingdom, which makes it extremely convenient. However, they lack severely in the availability of cars and the employees there aren't very aware of which car is the best in terms of comfort and gas mileage.
I rented a One-Way from here to MCO. I got a great price on a full size sedan because it was a last minute rental. I got a fully loaded 2016 Chevy Malibu Limited LTZ. It was clean and newer when I picked it up. Pickup was fast. Agent did try and upsell me on the Insurance. She did try and cheat me on gas so I had to go back to the counter and get the gas level adjusted on the contract.
we went here to swap a vehicle due to a mechanical issue. the guy just took keys n gave another vehicle without doing any paperwork what do ever. when asked he just states have the company call if any issues. do not go here find an actual rental place and not an affiliate

Great Customer Service! Recently rented a vehicle here while staying at one of the Disney resorts. There was an error with my original phone reservation that the customer care reps Richard and Ryan corrected without any difficulty. They actually went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. Additionally, the car I received was beautiful and clean. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommended.
