staff is amazing
long lines. They need more staff
Worst service ever. I was at the Hertz location 15 minutes before the reservation time. They were gone.. I called their customer service. They told me the city manager would call me back.. Nobody called. I called them several times.. STAY AWAY from this company.
Excuse me, Hertz, are you aware that in the Orlando airport their are multiple families traveling with young children who would really prefer not to have to entertain them in the airport while waiting over 45 minutes to get through your rental car line? Surely you must realize this is an issue because you have almost 15 computer terminals to use to check your customers out but oddly only 4 people working. This will be the last time you earn any of our hard earned cash for a rental car. No wonder Disney and Universal have largely marginalized the need for rental cars. They obviously knew you were completely incapable of understanding basic customer service.
