Don't be fooled by the sign that says they are located at the desk from 8 am to 5 pm because they aren't. I had reserved a fullsize car for 330 pm and nobody even showed up to the desk until 4 just to tell us that we would have to settle for a compact car in 30 minutes or wait indefinitely for a bigger one. It is 5 now and I am just getting a midsize car. My family and I left the park hours early to drive to the beach and ended up sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours instead of enjoying ourselves. In addition, I didn't see one employee at the hertz desk my whole stay at the hard rock until a hotel employee called them when they missed our reservation time. Very unhappy.
