They saved her life when she was in a bad way. Won't take my baby anywhere else.

We have been taking our miniature schnauzer to Dr Hays at Williamsburg vet for over 5 years. The staff is always amazing and caring. Whenever we have to go out of town at the last min they are always able to find a place for Maggie to board and she is so excited to see the staff when we arrive. Dr. Hays is very caring and gentle and I highly recommend this office.

Very caring with a 15 year old dog who has many issues..

A little over a month ago, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved 16 year old pug to sleep. It was the first time I’ve been in this situation and not only was I wrestling with very strong emotions but was unfamiliar with the process. Dr. Hayes patiently and kindly walked me through each step. He took the time to answer each of my questions, and never rushed me. He assured me that I was not “killing” my baby, as I had felt. I cannot say how appreciative and grateful I am that it was Dr. Hayes who helped me end my little buddy’s suffering in such a compassionate manner. This will never be an easy decision to make but Dr. Hayes made it as clear and stress free as possible. His love for animals and genuine interest in their “parents” is very evident.

Great place with great staff. My dog was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and is now on 3 medications prescribed by Dr Hayes. Hopefully the turn out will be good. The prices are fairly high, as are most veterinary establishments. Payment plans are not accepted so be prepared to pay in full. Other than that I highly reccomend this place. Dr Hayes has an excellent way of explaining the areas of concerns for your animals and I really admire and appreciate it. I'm very happy to have found them :)

The staff take such good care of her she doesn't even pay much attention that she is at the vet.

I am on the east side of Orlando but went out of my way to Williamsburg Vet. After trying two vets on my side of town, I had to go back to Williamsburg. I was able to get in the day I called (due to a cancellation) and have my sick cat checked. She was given medicine and is all better now (a flu or something bad eaten). There was reasonable charges and honest explanations of my options. The other vets on my side always try to rack up the bill for unnecessary charges but williamsburg is honest and fair. They also treat my cat very well and call her cute names :) A place that truly loves animals and operates with honesty.
