Dr. Asma is amazing, and the staff excellent! Arlene treats me and my family like a friend. They REALLY care and don't see us as just one more.
Besides all that, the price is reasonable, they don't push us to do anything we are not ready to, it is super clean, it offers everything we need! The BEST ever!

Dr. Shah and staff have taken great care of my cats since they were kittens. She has a way with handling them that keeps them calm. She always explains her diagnosis and provides the right medications. Her pricing is reasonable and her staff is personable and professional. Truly a great veterinarian and vet practice.
Don't offer appointments if you can't keep them.
I'm beyond upset. Made an 11:30 appointment, waited for 40 minutes then was told it'd be another 30 minutes just to get my cat in a room. My cat has very bad anxiety, so making an appointment to get her in and out as quick as possible is crucial. Instead she was crying in the carrier for 40 minutes as three dogs were taken in to rooms in front of us. This was supposed to be the best solution for my cat. It just made an unnecessary day of stress for the both of us.
Such a great vet with great staff. They are very kind and patient with my giant dog who tries to take over the whole office and my cat who is not a huge fan of being handled by people. Professional yet very personal service. We haven't been going there that long and they already know exactly who we are when we call.
Dr. Shaw is awesome ! Very compassionate. Staff is so nice and understanding.
