I love the people who work here!
Our doctor, Dr. Peters is so friendly, and so knowledgeable. As are the vet techs. They are all excellent at explaining any situation that has brought us in for a doctor's visit, and they take care to explain our options so we can make an informed decision.
They are very kind and responsible with the pets. I take mine there every time I need and I recommend this place.
Brought my dog here a few months ago with a limp. The vet told me it was due to something stuck in her paw. He barely checked her joints and sold me on some salve and pills. I assumed the vet knew what he was talking about which sadly was not the case. Due to his misdiagnosis and general laziness when it came to checking my dog's health, my pup's OBVIOUSLY torn ACL exacerbated and got worse. I got a second opinion when the limp returned and the other vet was able to diagnose the torn acl in about 3 seconds. Due to the complete lack of care, training, and amazingly poor understanding of canine anatomy my dog's ACL has ballooned into a massive expensive that could have been resolved months ago had the vet I visited done his job and took more then 30 seconds to look over my dog- they still had no problem charing me several hundred dollars for the 30 second check up though. Thanks East Orlando Animal Hospital for doing the bare minimum and failing- spectacularly- in doing your job. Due to your negligence you ended up causing my pet more harm then necessary. If you love your pets, avoid these unprofessional scumbags like the plague.
This facility, it's Doctor's, Pet Technicians, Groomers, and The Women who work up front are all polite, considerate and treat your fur baby as if he were there own. I appreciate this as vaccinations etc are hard enough. Also when your fur baby is sick they are that much more wonderful. They are an awesome team.
I honestly could not imagine taking my pup anywhere else!
I adopted my dog through PPR and they require you to continue follow-up care with their designated animal hospital until a certain point. But we chose to continue bringing our George here because it was so obvious that all the staff really cared about him. George attends doggy daycare four times a week, and he is always so eager to go inside when we arrive. The moment we walk in the door we are instantly greeted with "George!!!," which sends his tail into hyper drive!
Dr. Peters has been such a blessing. Our new puppy had Giardia and kennel cough, both were treated and diagnosed quickly and with so much information regarding both for the concerned parents. She followed up the day after with a phone call and further information. The hospital is efficient, not expensive, and very caring.
