We are comforted knowing that our fur baby, Cricket, received the absolute best care possible on her last day with us. We were met at the door, as Michele rushed Cricket straight to Dr. Tilley. Their concern was always about Cricket’s care. We are comforted with the reassurance that they gave her their best and guided us with knowledge. Dr. Tilley is very knowledgeable and honest. Her explanation of Cricket’s condition was presented to us in a manner that made us realize how much she cares for her patients. Michele showed true empathy to our situation. I would highly recommend the Veterinary Emergency Clinic - South Orange as your first choice of emergency care for your pet.

An emergency vet is, for pet owners, the last place you truly want to visit, but when I am forced to do so, I am so thankful they are there and people are dedicating their lives and their time to help others in this way.

Not that I want to have to go through this again, but if I am faced with an emergency involving either of my other two kitties, I will definitely bring them to the Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida (located on Principal Row).

We took our little puppy Oliver to this Vet and they were amazing. He was so out of it and lethargic when we brought him in and the next morning he was back to being the crazy little puppy that he is. We can’t thank them enough. The staff is the best, they are very passionate and caring about what they do, everyone is very happy and smiling at all times.

Upon my arrival, they immediately took my baby back and began examining her and providing what care they could. This was done before any paperwork was even mentioned or brought out, and payment wasn't even discussed until everything was completed. There was a sense of urgency and utmost care for my baby. At the end of the examination report (which I received a copy of before leaving) was, "I am so sorry for your loss of Tenshi. She was such a sweet cat."

During these visits, each and every person working there has been nothing short of incredible, compassionate, and understanding.

I took my very ill ferret to this clinic. They told us what we already knew: she was on her last hours. They were so caring, so attentive and very professional. Thank you so much!

I just had to take my 7-year-old Manx kitty there in the middle of the night. While the outcome was far from pleasant, they gave the most loving care and comfort to my sweet angel. Because of my baby's condition I had to have her put to sleep. They were kind and caring during the experience, offering me as much time with my baby as I needed and offering to hold off until I could see about getting my daughter there for our baby's last moments. They thoroughly explained everything: my baby's condition, prognosis with/without treatment, what they would do in the situation if it was their baby (because I asked), and what to expect with euthanasia (what I ultimately chose to do).

The location itself is large and accommodating and as soon as you walk in with a sick or injured pet, they immediately jump to action to get the process started. Not once have I ever felt not cared for or ignored.

HIGHLY recommended.

I now have them pre-programmed into my car’s GPS in case I need to head there in the future, and I recommend everyone do the same. I cannot recommend them enough for those times that you are unable to get your pet to his or her regular vet.

Over the past three months, both of my cats have had to visit for different reasons. Sadly, one of the last two visits resulted in having to put one of my two amazing cats to sleep due to a wide variety of reasons but, most importantly, quality of life in the long run. I am just thankful that I got 13 incredible years with him.

I have recommended them now to everyone I know, and while I hope no one will actually have to visit them, if that time comes when you do, please do not hesitate to take your pets there. They truly do care, and no matter what happens during your visit or the outcome, both good or bad, you will know that everything that could be done, was done and all options that they could give you were given.

Thank you to Lori Tilley and her staff for providing such gentle and loving care to my angel!

Nothing that I type here will begin to do justice to how incredible each and every person working at the South Orlando location (and I am certain the other locations, as well!) have been to me and my loved ones over the past couple of months.
