I've been going to Crystal Creek now for about a year. I first took my baby girl Phoebe there when I rescued her from OAC. From the moment she stepped in to the office Phoebe was made to feel loved. You can tell the staff genuinely love dogs. Dr. Vergel himself is an absolutely doll. He is so kind and gentle even though Phoebe can be a bit of a maniac. He's very thorough and listens just as much as he gives advice. He is a consummate professional and an all around great person. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Creek.
I have been a client for over two years now and have to say that every time I have taken my dog in for a visit it has been a great experience. The staff always greets us with a smile. They are very attentive and polite. Although I live in Lake Nona and have alternative clinics closer to home, I will continue to take Levin to Crystal Creek. Thank you for the wonderful job you do!

Dr. made himself available by phone until 11 pm to ensure my adopted rescue kitty recovered after having shots. This is outstanding service!!!
Dr. Vergel and his staff are warm, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Vergel is a gifted surgeon. I started going there with the pet rescue that I volunteer with and now bring all of my personal pets there. I very highly recommend Dr. Vergel and thank him and his staff for all of their help and patience with me and my many 4 legged friends.
