There are a few things I really dislike.
We then asked to get a prescription for his heart worm medicine. They said they would give it to us but only if we do let them draw blood so they can check if he already has heart worms. We told them that we just arrived from Germany where there are no heart worms, but that we had done a test for heart worms over there anyway and we don't want to stress out the dog by drawing blood AGAIN. The vet told me to send in the results by email and then we would get our prescription.
Everyone here is great. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about your pet. My dogs are have no anxiety and love their monthly bath. The groomer is good too. I didn't recognize my terroir mix when he came out. Really nice to have a one stop shop. Definitely a 5!
So I send another email a week later. Still no reaction.

I have owned dogs all my life and have gone to several veterinary care services. Waterford lakes animal hospital is the best I have ever been to. All of the staff are amazing. My dog Penny has had to go there quite often because of a broken leg and they are amazing. You can tell they truly care for all there patients and their humans. My baby loves going there and all of the staff. Besides amazing staff they are affordable, from veterinary services to boarding. They are in the business to care for animals not to find ways to empty your pockets.
The best customer service ever. I wish they helped people as well because I would go there! Both Dr. Blake and Becky were very informative and very caring. They made sure we knew everything that needed to be done to our new family member. Prices were affordable. We will definitely let everyone know to go here!
Several weeks have passed now. I'm out of state now and now he is late on his medication because the staff there simply doesn't care enough to reply to an email :(. Now we will have to go to another vet and have them check him up AGAIN and draw blood AGAIN just because no one there feels obliged to answer to emails. THANKS! We will never return.
I only give two stars because I really like Dr. Wright, he is great with our dog and gives lots of useful advice. The staff used to be very nice, now not as much anymore.
First of all, we have been coming in for a while now, they know what medication our dog gets. Last time I came in, I I simply asked to refresh one of his vaccinations. Dr. Wright wasn't in that day, so we had to go to someone else. Since we traveled right before, we had a valid health certificate from only two weeks before from another vet with us stating that he is completely healthy. They refused to give him his one vaccination without another health checkup. Well, that checkup consisted of a 2 min examination of basic things like listening to his heart rate and looking inside his ears. We were charged over $40 for that!! (plus the cost for the vaccinations). I thought that was rude and overpriced considering the fact that another vet just did a thorough checkup right before, which was noted in his pet passport.
I moved to the Orlando area 2 years ago and have bounced between vets since then, never totally jazzed with my experience with any particular practice. Wrangling 2 cats into carriers and transporting them to the vet is never a great experience and, needless to say, causes a ridiculous amount of stress. That being said, I have become very picky about where I take my cats for vet care. Waterford Lakes AH was recommended to me by a coworker and, while it was well out of my way, I decided to give it a shot. I am so happy that I did. I brought Rascal & Gremlin to see Dr. Reinhardt and can say with confidence that I have finally found our permanent vet in Orlando. Dr. Reinhardt and his team were outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure that Rascal & Gremlin were comfortable, thoroughly examined, and well taken care of. Dr. Reinhardt was on time, welcoming, and took the time to answer every single question I had. I am truly confident in his ability as a professional, and will most definitely be taking Rascal & Gremlin to Waterford Lakes in the future. 100% recommend.
