The staff here are very friendly and professional. Took us in with no appointment when our cats anal gland ruptured and took care of her right away. The doctor really took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and put our mind at ease. I will be visiting this office for any future needs. Highly recommended, A++++
My parents and I have been taking our dogs to Dr. Bruce since we moved to Orlando in '94. He's been the vet to our three Schnauzers for 20+ years and was there for the passing away of all three. Now that my boyfriend and I have a dog, we take him to see Dr. Bruce, as well. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the vet techs are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Dr. Bruce always proceeds with the care and diagnosis of our pets as if they were his family member, and his problem-solving tactics for diagnosing an allergy problem in our border collie/aussie shepherd were thorough and scientific (SOLVED!). He always goes over every detail of any medication he prescribes and answers questions respectfully and honestly. I suggest this office to everyone.
Dr. Bruce is the best veterinarian I have ever had. When I had to put down a dog I had for 14 years, he was compassionate and genuinely interested in both my emotional state and the treatment of my dog. Since then, I have a new dog that he has cared for since she was 10 weeks old. His care and knowledge are outstanding and I would recommend his practice to anyone. Any negative reviews posted are people that just don't understand veterinary care. Keep up the good work Dr. Bruce.
Dr Bruce is the greatest vet. He has always showed compassion for Archie Shiloh Cody Sasha and Colby. I would never change vets under any circumstances. Dr B cares very much for individuals loved ones and does everything to help them.
Dr Bruce is amazing with my husky Loki. Loki can be pretty hyper and the team is always very kind and friendly towards him. Dr. Bruce and the team are very knowledgeable and always professional. Walk ins are accepted, but it's better to make an appointment. Also, they send reminders for your pets annual appointment and they also follow up with you frequently if you came in with an issue. Great team and I'm glad I found a great place to take my pup.
