Highly recommended! Great Staff and great Doctors. Very friendly and thorough. Great selection of glasses and sunglass. I was looking for a new eye doctor as I am new to Orlando and I couldn't have found a better eye doctor, I will continue going here as long as I live in Orlando!
I have such a wonderful experience every time I come to VHI. Dr. Perry and his team have set the standard for innovative and professional eye care. VHI uses all the latest technology and the doctor spends ample time with me every visit to explain the health of my eyes. 5 stars!
The Doctor and his training doctor are exceptional. I wanted to update my review to be transparent. I had an legitimate claim on some of the staff members not being professional and an issue with my new glasses I purchased and I posted a review and gave a rating of two stars. The doctor called me within 24 hrs. or less to ratify my issue. Went in today to have my glasses rechecked to find out if some changes need to be made. The result was I need my lens changed out and their were processed to be sent to their lab. Yay!The whole experience was better and now I'm at peace. The doctors here are very much on top of their game.
Impeccable experience! The staff is amazing and very helpful. The office is gorgeous and very clean. Dr. Mark Perry is one of the best in the nation, he knows what he is doing. You wont be disappointed. I would rate them a million stars if I could.
I went to Vision Health because my previous Optometrist retired. The office is very clean and modern so, 4 stars for that. The office staff seemed impersonal, as if it was a burden I was there. The most unfortunate part of my visit was the prescription was written incorrectly (backwards) and I now have to deal with a new exam and getting the lenses in my new glasses replaced. Since I can't trust the doctor here, I have made an appointment at another optometrist.
