This is the second time I have been here and the staff have been so nice. I had appointments and didn't have to wait long for either one. Pleasantly surprised with US Health Works.
Well had to wait another 10 min to get all of this done. (witch only took about 1 min to get the reading and 2min for the doctor sign it)
The physical therapy staff is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Thank you Vee, Quing, and Shane. 1The young ladies at the check-in are nice, accomodating, and always have a smile. Dr. Ben was professional and to the point. He seemed like a no b.s. kinda guy. I would recommend this location rather than the other south Orlando spot. I understand they are the same company, but after the Doctor at the Sunport Drive location compared me to Lady Gaga(yes, that actually happened), I kinda lost respect for the guy. He also did a lot of talking and very little listening. If you must go to the Sunport location, request to be seen by the P.A. She was very professional and a lovely person.
Well, had to come back 4pm, just to wait 45min for the reading. The receptionist asked the reason of my visit, acknowledged and asked me to sign in and wait. Well after 45 min. decided to asked her why was taking to long, just to find out she didn't sign me in.

This place is a complete joke! I had to come here for a Workman's comp injury. I tried to schedule an appointment and she said that I had to just come as a walk-in. When I got there and filled the paperwork out they got me back quickly but once I was in the room it tool almost four hours before we were able to leave. When the doctor came in I explained to him that it was my shoulder that was injured. Once he examined my shoulder and found where the pain was he made me get up and he look at my spine and he told me that I had a curvature to my spine and did and X-ray on that. When the x-ray came back he said that the x-ray was fine and I could leave. I came in there with the SHOULDER x-rays I already got from my primary doctor. He said that I could get a second opinion if I didn't like his answer. Well since I didn't go there for my spine I went to the hospital for a second opinion where I was in and out in less than two hours with a proper diagnosis of a really bad muscle spasm and a referral to a doctor to get it taken care of. The doctor and staff here are very rude! After I left I called to have my medical consent form faxed to me and I had to call her several times and refuse to get off the phone until I received the fax. If you can go anywhere else I strongly recommend it!!!

Asked to come back 2 days after for a TB test reading, after asking at the front desk what time should I come back, they said "anytime" knowing my check up was ending around 4:30 pm.
Well I showed up at noon 2 days after, and they told me they can't do my reading because it needs to be done after 4pm.
