My experience was great. I came in early for my appointment, and the guy checking me in seemed bothered but check me in anyway. The experience from that point on was great. Very professional, and everybody I encountered was pleasant and approachable. Answered all the questions I asked, and made sure I was taken care of. Dr Backer made sure to answer my questions, and was determined to find out what the problem was, and his goal was to make me feel better; which he did. I don’t remember the nurses and X-ray tech names, nor the charge nurse, but they all were great. :) The billing rep also answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Very nice lady.
