I have been a patient of PT Works for the past year or so and cannot say enough great things about my patient experience. My multiple medical conditions and neuropathic issues require both physical and massage therapy, and the team of therapists at the Waterford facility have provided me with a quality of life that would be unattainable without their ongoing care and services. Additionally, the owners, Emma and Eric Mason, are actively involved in the daily workings of the business and make sure that the patient's needs are always the focus in providing their services. If you need therapy, this team is the BEST of the BEST that I have ever seen.

Awesome PT! When my DO prescribed, they called me within a few days having already confirmed my insurance and got me scheduled quickly. I have been going for a few weeks. Neil did a comprehensive evaluation and has been giving me challenging exercises, and I'm seeing progress already. Great one on one hour long sessions. A little tricky to find but they give excellent directions. Located inside the walk in clinic.
