Nice employees. My experience was okay, did the eye exam twice. The prescription that was giving to me is still bothering me. I can't see from far. I try getting a refund but they don't give refunds. I am not mad just a little disappointed. Maybe your experience will be better.

Walked right in without an apt. We met with Jesse. She is fantastic. Connected with my daughter right away-which is who needed new lenses. Awesome and wide kids selection. We got new insurance which I was unfamiliar with and Jesse helped explain our plan and what it offers and allowed me to stay around My budget NOT giving my daughter the most expensive pair.
Best service you will ever find in eye care. I had the pleasure of using this eye care center for many years. Unfortunately after my insurance dropped them from their list of providers, I was forced to go else where. I have still yet to find a business that is as professional and caring as lake Nona eye Care is. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor here is very kind and listens to her patients needs. I would highly highly recommend this establishment to any one who cares about their vision. (no that wasn't a typo, I would highly highly recommend them)
Dr. Sandoval is the best. I recently moved to Orlando and had to find a doctor that treats keratoconus. My condition requires diligence, patience and some creativity in finding a solution to my vision needs. Dr. Sandoval exceeded my experectations.
She is very knowledgeable about each pair of glasses. We concluded that my daughters nose frame doesn't allow the glasses with no pads won't work for her.
Dr. Ward and her staff are excellent! I have been going here for 4 years and I am very happy with the results.
