The pharmacist was very nice and went out of her way to help us.
Always a pleasure shopping at this Publix in any Publix I go to. The staff here smile at you they say hello and they help you with any questions you have. A company I wouldn't mind working for. The pharmacist is the best she knows her things and recommends the best great job to the whole Publix team
The pharmacy manager was rude when I attempted to drop off my prescription today. As soon as I told her I have no insurance, she asked me how much I knew the price would be. I said $9 and she made it obvious with her face that she was disgusted and responded with, "Who told you that?" I told her the doctor on the paper, and she said that I am coming to the wrong place because it has never been that price. She also stated she would give me the generic price because that is probably what I could afford with no insurance. That's extremely rude! She could have been more polite with her responses, and she handed me the paper without offering suggestions on pharmacies that would offer the price I was given by my doctor. I wish I got her name, but she had dark hair and tan skin. Very disappointed in her service.
These are my people! Been shopping here since the store opened. Well managed with great staff.
This publix is great! I left the store and dropped some groceries and broke a glass of salsa and they replaced it upon request the next morning i came in with no problems. Come here and shop if you want shopping to be a pleasure
