Bakery crew was amazing, I was looking for a specific treat for my grandkids but it wasn't ready to be put on the trays and instead of telling me it wasn't available like other places, they put them to cool down faster and asked me to come back in 5 min. They had it ready before and looked for me in the isles to hand it personally. If that is not 1st class customer service I don't know what is!!!!!
Be prepared to be treated like a stranger here. I usually go shopping here early in the morning and feel mostly avoided. Even on a few occasions where I'd greet somebody, I'd get no response. Not the experience at a place "where shopping is a pleasure," and there are quite a few publixes near by that I'd rather go to because the atmosphere is so much more lively and inviting.
Paul went above and beyond expected to assist me. I appreciate it very much. I had to use the motorized cart. He was polite and he was also very helpful later when I could not seem to make it go. He also helped me get my groceries into my car. I had told him earlier that I hurt my back. It was a pleasant experience.
Bakery, I get Tiramisu, pricey but worth every bite. Like cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Staff is wonderful, you receive "Disney quality" service. This Publix, in my opinion is managed better than the others in this area.

Very good Sushi chef, Win is his name, he doesn't speak English, if you have a smartphone, put on translator and choose "Burmese" I type in order and that's how I perfectly communicate with Win. The deli department is great, Publix brand gives Boars Head brand competition.
