Not quite as nice as most publix but is handy in a pinch the Publix on Hofner and Conway is much nicer employees are more friendly and easier parking
Just recently started using this publix more since moving to the area. And I must say never disappointed at all. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. Always have an amazing time going. And the bakery items are amazing.
Publix for me have always been a place to readily find the items that I was looking. If I had any difficulty locating anything in particular, an associate was always right there to assist never pointing but taking me to that very item.
Shopping isn’t not pleasure at this place, you need fully competent employees ... stop hiring any joker who fills up an application
11/24 at 330pm, I just placed a deli order for a work function this afternoon. This is the first bad experience I have had with a Publix and will not be attempting to place another order through this deli again. I would recommend that management look into who was working and assisting in the deli this day and time. This would be a perfect training opportunity for customer service and having a "yes" mentality. I can not tell you how many times I was told no, I don't know, or let me find out in one conversation. This does not fit in with the where shopping is a pleasure campaign.
347-4327 subs order where you employees lost the order and after making it there : “ ohhh sorry not sure where the paper went...” we said okay , let s make the subs :” ohhh sorry ... we ran out of tenders .....” sorry without meaning it, just keep it for yourself. This kind of service does not even worth a star.... where shopping is pleasure?! Definitely not at this publix
