The whole store was clean and organized. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The store is nice and clean. The employees however are the rudest I have ever experienced in a Publix. I walked up to a male employee in the deli/produce section and asked if he knew where the lunch size chips were located. He looked me straight in the eyes for a moment and without saying a word turned and walked away! The cashier, an older woman, was polite to all in line in front of me but was curt and short with me. I understand that this location is in Isleworth, but it's pretty sad when the wealthy residents are more polite than the employees at Publix!
I always love coming to this location. The store is always very neat and tidy and my customer service encounters have been nothing but pleasant.
Great place! I got to sample a range of cheeses from the deli! Prices are nice too and they have a huge selection here!
