Spent forth if July at a hotel and was able to go to publix and bought a fresh dinner to make for my family!! Everyone raved about the rotisserie chicken fresh veggies and the redskin potatoes with butter that was already pre-packaged and microwave ready
Very clean store. However only reason I am writing this review is so she will be commended for great service. Elaine the associate who made my sub was extremely friendly and had a great smile that brightened my mood. It's service like this that has me coming back to this publix. Elaine deserves an immediate promotion. I truly hope her supervisor sees this. As a manager I hope all of my employees treat our customers with this great service.
I love the cleanliness and friendliness of Publix their staff they are very helpful and very quick to be there if you need them. I enjoy shopping at the Publix on Dean Rd and University Blvd. And that's very very unusual. Thank you again Publix for being great and professional in the way you treat your customers
The employment is high quality. When you ask a staff member " what aisle would cookies be on?", they don't just say" ummmm......maybe... Aisle 3?' they would actually take you to aisle 6 and shoe where cookies are.
Took back a star due to my experience a few minutes ago. After the cashier and bagger had a lovely exchange with the woman in front of me, they acted like I was invisible. They continue to talk with each other after the customer was gone, not a hello, nothing. Zero acknowledgement. Rude.
