Love Publix stores. Shop mostly on Orange Avenue and occasionally John Young Parkway and Americana. Everyone is super friendly and the sales are great. Products are superior. Shopping since 1985!
This is 2 part. One, the customer associate Quilla. The most rude person ever to work at a store that prides themselves on customer service. She laugh at me because I could not hear her talking to me. She was at the other end of the service desk and I guess expects someone to hear her and understand what she said. I tell her I can't hear her and she decides laughing at me, a customer is part of her day. I don't understand how laughing at a customer provides customer service. The manager of the department step in and take over immediately, Jonnathan. Thank you! I call the store manager and speak to him, DJ and he handled the situation appropriately. Thank you! This day, we have many options for service. Customer service should be the best you provide. Sadly people like this work at a place that needs to provide the best customer experience, but when you have management that is reactive to the situation. That is a good experience. Thank you!
Let me start this off with, I'm a Publix fan. It's the only place I shop next to whole foods. This store is the worse. The store just has a weird feeling. The staff are just there. The deli staff are not friendly at all ( well at least the two that I interacted with). If you hate your job get s new one, or if your feeling bad then stay home. I just think all, and all this store could use some improvement...

Had the best experience today when me and my boo ordered a sub at Publix I had the best Sandwich Artist Tanasia. She has a really positive attitude and made my night better. Thank you so much Tanasia.
