Called tip top and was told they would NOT come to my house unless I was sure I needed NEW roof. Not just for an estimate!!!!! Terrible and very rude people that work for this company!
They've done millions of dollars worth of work for us over the years. Always grade A, top notch work.
The tar this company uses must originate from China. After the tar application on my roof, I became ill and had to move out of my unit for several months. This is apparently common with low quality tar. Make sure, if you use them, to check the kind of tar the company plans to use.
And I agree with the comments above, members of this company are rude.
I just hung up from the phone, I've never called a company that was super unprofessional, as soon as he picked up he was sighing and yawning. They obviously are getting enough business from the hurricane so he didn't care to listen to what I needed to say. Thanks but no thanks, company is only accepting reroof because they can't be bothered with just repair. Unbelievable!
