Florida Universal Roofing completed my re-roof and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job start to finish. The staff was very professional and kept me informed during the whole process. The roof was completed by the date and price quoted.
Florida Universal Roofers did an excellent job in providing an unbiased inspection report. We were selling our home when the buyers inspector had a laundry list of unfavorable results against the quality of the roof. Our roof is 6 years old and the inspector stated it needed to be replace, so needless to say, we almost lost the sale. I randomly called Florida Universal Roofers asking if a licensed roofer would come and inspect all the items that the buyers inspector had stated were wrong, and the sent someone out the next day. Florida Universal roofer staff members were very professional and worked diligently to provide the report as quickly as possible. The roofer allowed me to follow him so I could ask questions, and he was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this roofing company to my family and friends.
They did such a terrible horrible job on our roof. They make promises they don't keep and then they lie about it. If you want to secure a promise from them PLEASE asks for it in writing with their signature and date. That was the one mistake we made and would never recommend this roofing company to anyone. Their work don't last long on the roof, totally waist of time and money. The communication and/or respond from them takes forever to return your calls, and the secretary acts like she's always in a bad mood. Good Luck to anyone who uses this company. Thank god we were able to get our roof redone by real professionals.
Florida Universal Roofing did a great job with our roof. They were everything you would want from someone working on your home. Professional, prompt, clean, reliable and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to a friend and will be using them soon for my mom's roof.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had an unfortunate experience with them. Was told we would receive a free estimate and without any notification received an invoice on the mail. Called and left multiple messages since December 2011 and finally received a response in February 2012 from someone named Julie. This person was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Told me the estimates are free but the "inspections" are not. She actually had the nerve to tell me they "gave me a break" because the inspections actually cost more than what they charge me. Horrible customer service, lack of professionalism and communication.
