Paul was always quick to respond to questions, priced very competitively, best of all, he lives in the area and I prefer to support the local, family owned companies whenever possible. He was flexible when it came to needs of the insurance company. This was an Irma related replacement but ended up getting installed two weeks prior to the original scheduled date.
