Above all his professional qualities and achievements, I would definitely recommend Doug for any project and am certain that he will demonstrate his qualities of enthusiasm, hard work, honesty and perfection.
When I had had enough of tongue wrestling with him, I informed him that I would just call someone else. He said fine and he hung up.
Very thorough from estimate through completion; workmanship and detail were extraordinary. From the three estimates I received, Doug Oliver's roofing estimate was not the lowest nor the most expensive, they were in the middle.They were there to answer all my questions and returned any phone calls immediately.The workers showed up on time both days and had shirts identifying the the company. My new roof looks GREAT and the clean-up after the job including around the outside of the house was complete and more than satisfactory. GREAT JOB!! I highly recommend this company!
I called this company to make an appointment for a new roof estimate. The gentleman (whom I'm 99.9% was the owner) was very rude and unsociable.
I told him well that's fine that one of his "guys" had answered the phone...and that he was rude and unsociable and that I did not wish to do business with his company.
Less than 3 minutes later he calls back and identifies himself as the owner and said that he understood that I had just called. He lied and said that one of his guys had answered the phone.
Doug was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very nice,he takes time to answer any questions. The new roof looks great. I highly recommend Doug Oliver Development to do your roof.
