We recently re-roofed our house with this company and found them very professional. They were punctual for appointments and their workers were courteous and hard working during the roof installation and the after-installation clean-up. The company's office staff was knowledgeable and they were quick to follow up on any questions and/or concerns. The company's initial presentation at the time of estimate was superior to all the other roofing contractors that provided us with estimates. We also liked the fact that this company was listed as a GAF MasterElite roofing installer and had been in business for quite a few years in the Orlando Metro area. We were further pleased in that the company's dollar estimate for the re-roofing was absolutely perfect. Our family is very happy with our new roof and we highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs.
We just purchased an older home in Longwood FL. The living area had three old plastic-bubble type, brown, opaque, sylights. When it rained (as it does in Central Fl) you could not hold a conversation or watch TV as the pounding rain on the plastic skylights was deafening.
People very nice on phone, responded back to me quickly worked with me with my busy schedule to come over to do work..guys where great, fast and did great job. Would recommend without reservation.
We contacted Roof Top Services (RTS) and a pleasant, knowledgeable salesperson arrived on time. He Inspected the skylights and prepared a quote to replace them. I knew the cost before he left my house.
The installers arrived very close to the time given to me by RTS. The installers were professional, polite and answered all my questions. Installation took about 1-1/2 hours.
I hired Roof Top Services to repair my roof after one of the major storms a couple of weeks ago. One of there Estimater's was kind enough to make it out the following day. Not only did they fix the damage but also did a inspection on the roof letting me know the rest of it is in good shape. I'm giving this review 4 out of 5 stars because they arrived 20 min early to early morning appointment and woke me up. Other than that they are AMAZING!

Roof Top Services has left me extremely pleased! We are so happy with our new roof and how the services were completed in a timely manner. Great warranty, fantastic quality, and a reasonable price. It doesn't get much better than that! Not only was I impressed with their work, but the staff was also friendly and considerate. No messes left behind, just efficient and quality work. We were amazed at the difference. For the first time since we moved in 5 months ago we could see the sky!!. It rained the next day and again we were amazed at the difference. Even though it stormed and rained heavily, there was just a low "hum" of rain hitting the double insulated glass of the new skylights.
I called RTS the next day and placed the order. I was given a time and date for the installation.
Would not hesitate to use or recommend Roof Top Services for any roof related project.
