Ralph Nieves is awesome. We initially received a check from our insurance company but it was not enough to replace our roof even with our deductible. He told us he would do whatever he can to have our insurance company cover our roof replacement. Today we got back from our Thanksgiving vacation and found a check from the insurance company with our mail. Now we will finally have our roof replaced.
Joel James from Jasper provided me with exceptional service. He took the extra steps to explain what going on with my roof and the process of having my roof done in a timely fashion. He is friendly ,was able to handle and issues that arises and was able to still provide exceptional service. He should be greatly rewarded he is the only reason why I did my roof .He left such a great impression of what it means to take care of the customer. Thank you Joel James.
We worked with Brendon and our experience was fantastic. We had a lot of scheduling issues (our fault, plus a hurricane) and he really did a great job of working with us to get the job done on the day we needed it done. The crew that showed up was fast and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up. They were respectful of our bushes and landscaping, and did a great job fixing up many of the holes (some small and some large) we had in the roof. Would definitely call them again if I needed a new roof!
After getting estimates from other companies we were not happy with their prices. Jasper gave us a very fair estimate and we signed with them right away. Raphael N. was very helpful and explained how everything would be done. He kept in close contact with us and we appreciated it. We highly recommend this company. They are very efficient!
Found a flyer on my door and called the number. Ralph not only answered right away but was at my house in under 30. Very polite and great customer service. The best part was as he was leaving my wife pulled up and he asked if we needed help unloading the car. Once I'm ready I will definitely be calling him back.
