Today been my 3rd time at the Wendy's located on 5115 west colonial Dr. I gave it a 3rd chance since normally I go around midnight, but right now it is 8:30 and there are a lot of staff but unfortunately most of them were just playing around and loud, you can even hear them outside the drive through. My point is, the wait is to long, the satff don't acknowledge you as a guest, or even say thank you. I hope corporate will see this comment and make changes.
Regular place for the kiddos and I. Always use our frosty key chain. Always have good experiences food and employees are on point.
Wendy used to have good food and cheap than any other fast food restaurent. But the staff at Wendy really bad, at the closing time when they close the door, only drive through remains open. If you don't drive a car, don't even think to have any food from them, they 'll be laughing at you, that was I got couple years ago, since then I never came back to that location.
Food is good, staff is not. Always under staffed, waiting over 18 minutes for a meal is the norm. And in the afternoon, it's always the worst! You'll wait tog get your food
The morning management was rud and disrespectful to the employees throw keys at a employees another time i was there the same woman was disrespectful to everyone need new management there i dont see how the employees work with her didnt get the manager name if she dont like her job she dont need to be there .
