Depending on who your server is the service can vary quite a lot but on the whole they're all pretty nice.
Resturant was clean. The staff was kid friendly, efficient, warm and professional. Great family atmosphere. Only down fall, sitting families with young children right in front of the bathroom
Our family is vacationing in Orlando for the week of 11/25- 12/2. We headed to this restaurant on Monday 11/27 for dinner with our party of 17. This restaurant was not full by any means with many empty tables observed while walking in. We told them we had 17 people and they said they couldn’t accommodate us at 1 table so we said we’d take several or separate tables and they still would not seat us. Said they didn’t have the staff. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. What restaurant does this???? We ended up going next door to The Macaroni Grill and they ended up profiting our $600.00 bill.
My fiance and I went to this Chili's for the first time the other week. We went for lunch. It wasn't super crowded and service was quick. The food and drinks were great. The best part was our bartender/server. He was so funny and knew what he was talking about with the alcohol and food.
I love the enchilada soup but I do not recommend the fajitas. Black cherry lemonade is wonderful.
It seems that Chillies has gone south with their food quality. The staff though was very fast to response to our needs. The menues were on the sticky side and the food was dry.
If you like spicy food this is not the place to visit as everything is tasty but has no real kick behind it. Then again, it is TexMex food so maybe that's what they're going for.
Thank you to the server and the hosts but we will not be coming there again.
