Frank
- Service impression: Robotic, but attentive and prompt. Drinks and food were brought in fast. She kept a smile.
The breakfast was not satisfactory the coffee was great, potatoes were on the cold side also toast was on the cold side . Bacon was a little warm should have been hotter. Waitress Christine was very polite and nice. The chef should realize that customers like there food hot.
- 1st Walking in impression: Dirty old mop smell all over the place, hard to ignore. Other than the smell looks clean.
There is one employee in the store who is quick to help and tell you about any item you have questions about. He's the type of employee business NEED working for them. This country barrel has a small handful of these, whom i've met, which makes the overall experience that much more enjoyable.
This is cracker barrel people, food will taste good lol. Not everything on the menu is spectacular, but everything I've had does taste nice. With a few items which are spectacular.
6:30am - Empty.
The services generally friendly, with a few monotone exceptions, and the store is also fun to browse before or after your meal.
After waiting for roughly 5 minutes for a hostess, another hostess that had been clocked out already, asked if I was still waiting to be seated. I stated that indeed I was still waiting and she seated me. After being seated, I waited less then 2 minutes before my waitress (Deb) came to my table to take my order. I already knew what I wanted and placed my order. My waitress stated that there was a different meal that included everything that I was looking for and I opted to go that rate to save me money. Within 1.5 minutes of when my food came out Deb came by and asked how everything was and if I needed anything else. A little while later she notice my drink was getting low and since it was not refillable she asked if I would like a water. Deb was probably one of the best servers I've had in quite some time! Thank you Deb!
- Food/breakfast: A little greasy but overall was okay. It looked good.
Great typical Cracker Barrel as you'd expect. Our waitress was new and very slow. Otherwise still great!
- Conclusion: For the price, the quality of food and prompt service makes it a convenient location if you are "not" looking for and above average experience with healthy food.
Have a great day
