First Class place here. Nothing but the best. Winnie, Mad Hatred, To get and Alice. Great time had by all.
Food was good. Characters at this location are outstanding. They take extra time with the smaller kids. This applies breakfast and dinner. Service is average. I suspect they are understaffed. Normally 4 stars. However, Gluten-free menu is dead on accurate. Food is above average and characters are superb.
We had a reservation for 11:20 am, and we were seated about 15 minutes later. Beverages were ordered and delivered within minutes. Extremely attentive staff, every detail was looked after.
While the cost was expensive, it was no more so then many other Disney meals. A family of 5 ate for about $170, though we were on the meal plan and weren’t worried about the cost.
Next time we go to Disney, we will return.
Been there for breakfast and dinner. Both times were great. Food was tasty and fresh, and the characters were perfect. Especially the wicked step mother. Reservations are a must have here like most character dining.
Characters were very fun however the food was just ok. Quality and variety of food served reminds me of a quick service restaurant rather than an expensive buffet. You are paying for the experience of a character meal.
An excellent breakfast buffet. Multiple characters walking around, to include Mary Poppins, Alice of Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger.
