My benchmark of service was when I had breakfast at Peach Valley earlier in the day. Oh well. PS I have heard great reviews about apple bees that's why I tried it
This restaurant is amazing! It was the only place open during hurricane Irma! Even during the storm with limited menu the food was delicious, and they still had the hot breakfast buffet. It made our time much better and comfortable. We are really grateful! Two thumbs up!
They were the only place open late. We got there around 12 and were just glad they were still serving food, but the food was so good. Best food I've had at an Applebees in years. Drinks were good to and all at happy hour pricing. Our server was also friendly and helpful.
The baby back ribs I tried wasn't good. It was quite dry at the edges. Only the middle two ribs were tender and juicy. The BBQ sauce on it wasn't tasty. The side dishes of grilled vegetables was very oily and that was how it tasted as well. :(. It's my first time at apple bees and i didn't get a good impression of it. I felt like I wasn't given a good service too(could it be because I'm foreign and worried that I may not tip?)
The quesadilla starter was good.
Went in for breakfast first morning on our vacation and there's maybe 6 tables in the restaurant with 3 or 4 servers. We wait 5 mins to get a server over to us for a drink menu. We then go up to the buffet and this is where the fun starts. Cold eggs that taste like chalk, sausage patties straight from the microwave, the adverstirse biscuit gravy daily but they had some nasty looking substitute with a layer of grease on the top of it. Bacon was good. We go back for round 2. We needed drink refills when we headed back up to buffet. I go up to grab cereal. I ask where the milk is and kitchen worker tells me I have to get it from my server. I said since we haven't seen her since we placed our drink order I'll stick with the cold chalky eggs and microwaved sausage patties. Finally she brings me a soda refill but the entire time there was no creamer for the coffee and no server to be found. And the beauty of this slop house is that they charge 12.99. I would not pay 4.99 for this place. My wife went off on this server and she just comped our meal. I'm sure they do this a lot since it's literally the worst breakfast I've ever had.

I rarely complain, but this one deserved it. My father-in-law's burger had a hair in it. They made a new one and it was fine. My meal was pretty poorly put together. I asked for a new one. The second meal came out with a majority of it still frozen. Third time, it was finally correct. We received our bill and it had no adjustments on it for all of the mistakes. Disappointing.
