Was expecting much more from this establishment. Atmosphere looked like a banquet hall. Food was fairly good - issue was the service. Stunk. Most other venues, customer service staff go out of teir way to accomodate Disney guests. Not here. Service is indifferent - not in the French fashion - just bad. Our female server really needs to be taught elements of good service. Yes, I would like you to wait for my husband to pout the wine for tasting. He ordered it. When you bring a dish that is a sophisticated/showy presentation, he might like to witness that as well. Why bother otherwise?
And when you bring the dish, then ask if you should for wait for husband do not be annoyed when I say yes, you should wait. This young lady was so annoyed I started to just agreed with what she wanted to do. Was worried about what might happen in the kitchen. Until they improve the service, will not return. And do not attempt to speak to a manager. They never appear.
This is the second time I have eaten at this establishment and I must say it is fantastic. The service here is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I have tried 4 dishes here and all of them have been beyond amazing. If you are looking for a fancy date restaurant with very delicious food and an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere you will never go wrong trying Monsier Paul.
This place is great if you want to indulge in tasty French food. Our server, Emilia, was fantastic throughout our dinner. We did the 6 course menu with wine pairing. Totally delicious!!!
