Food is always great, service is always great. Price is reasonable based on this. Keep it the good work!
Great food great location. Love the self service drinks machines hundreds of flavours. Large portions pretty good value for money. This seems to be a new restaurant nice and clean.
Great vibe here. I recommend the chicken tenders. Deducted a star because if you order a kids meal, you don't get a cookie if you're an adult. Kinda funny but nowhere else does this.
Ordered chicken tenders here for kids and they were raw inside. The lady at the counter told me that's the kind of chicken it was. I wasn't aware there were different kinds of chicken. I asked for them to please change them for me for another set of tenders and those were also under cooked. Ended up just getting my money back and going to Mcdonalds.
I live in a place that does not have a Fuddruckers so when I am somewhere that has one, I go there. When ordering, I had to repeat myself several times and the cashier repeated it back to me. So I thought we were both on the same page. When I got the total, I could not understand what the cashier said so I just swiped my card. Once I got to my table I read the receipt and the total was a hefty $34.02 for two people! Upon review of the receipt, I was charged for 2 2/3lb burger combos when I ordered 2 1/3lb burger combos. Once I got the burger, it was huge. Then when I bit in the burger was deep red. I ordered it to be medium. Luckily when I sent it back they made new burgers for us that were cooked medium! Unfortunately the 2/3lb burger is just way too much food. The beef to bun ratio does not work out. The good thing is the milkshakes came out just as good as ever! It was unfortunate to not be able to enjoy Fuddruckers like normal. $34.02 was highway robbery for two people.
This Fuddruckers is so good. I went to the other one on international drive and its terrible. Manager is rude, service is so bad. We always used to go to this location so were worried that Fuddruckers had just gone downhill while we were away. Luckily its just the one on international drive that's terrible. Will definitely go to this location next time.
