2pm on Wednesday, food taste ok but it's cold. On par with services and cleanliness. Pricy for a Chinese takeout, probably because they are among the closest to the courthouse in downtown where oriental food selection is limited.
Good food but Horrible customer service. Ordered food for coworkers one day and got yelled at from the person that took my order! Claiming that the day before I put an order in and never picked up the food so they had to throw it away? I have no idea what they are talking about! Same number and name and same order they said!!!!! Same number? Same name on order? No way! Horrible horrible experience!

Decent food terrible customer service. More concerned with their cost than making sure your order is correct and on time. The owner makes excuses for his staff and lies for the manager who also front desk and delivery. Not to mention he was rude unapproachable and seemed even upset that I had a concern. The staff (Amy) is yelling at customers on phone and in person for being late to pick up or confusing them with other customers. Business isn't just about transaction but interaction as well. And if there are multiple complaints it maybe time to look into your business and staff and your own way of doing things! Another customer lost and in our case 11 from our office.
