Paid for VIP Valet parking and parked 4 days. I was supposed to have a car wash and that never happened. I get there and my car is sitting unlocked with the windows rolled down and my keys are in the dash. that was cool and all except the car was left unattended.
Thrill is gone! When we first started parking there, it was great...now... not so... After the wait for the shuttle, we had to wait again for the driver to drop off the ladies at their cars int the self park area before he took us to the valet area... our car was Ready (great!) but the driver blocked our car with the shuttle and proceeded to have a conversation with his buddies with absolutely no concern for us and the meeting we were already late for (not so great)... we will be shopping around for another place... for here on in...
Done with Wally Park. Started off good but have now waited over 20 mins for a shuttle. Seem 3 parking spots and two fast park. Changing to one of them for the next trip
Great experience. Easy to find. Easy to park. Speedy shuttle to Orlando International Airport. On my return I texted Wally Park of my arrival and went to the pickup zone and they were waiting! Had help with my luggage from the car to the shuttle on the way and from the shuttle to the car on my return. Very impressed! Will use them again!
Wally park used to be a great place to park for a great price. It is now a terrible experience and overpriced for what you get. I pre-paid and had a confirmed reservation for self park, but was forced to park along the side of the street instead of an actual parking space. As you can see from the photos, Wally park put cars on top of curbs, on the side of the curb, and also in what should be driving lanes. I tried to speak to a manager but he refused to talk about this topic with me. I will definitely be shopping around for a new place to park.
