Used Park N Go for the first time last month. Best airport parking service in Orlando. Lot was quite full when I arrived and had to utilize their valet service. Great system they have. Friendly and attentive staff. You can really tell this is a well managed lot. After I arrived back in Orlando, shuttle was already waiting for passengers. Driver helped get all my bags into the shuttle and promptly got us back to the lot. Easy transaction getting out, and was actually charged less than the quoted online price. Will definitely come back soon!
Used them several times with the company van. They are very helpful and friendly. The driver, Rambo was an excellent driver and super pleasant. There was one foreign shuttle driver that was way too eager on the accelerator and brake pedal... About gave us whiplash on the shuttle.. Otherwise very satisfied and definitely Happ with the prices.
Took 40 minutes to get to airport after dropping our car off causing us to miss our flight, totally unacceptable! Our driver said he wanted to take the "scenic route". When you know someone has a flight in an hour and fifteen minutes you shouldn't be taking the scenic route!!!
I used this facility for the first time from 9/7/17 to 9/18/17. The entire process from booking on-line to checking out was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival, we were directed to a parking spot and immediately picked up by the shuttle driver. Upon return, we were picked up at the airport within minutes of calling the lot and taken to our vehicle. We were even given a couple of bottles of water when we left the lot which was very welcome after our flight. I would definitely use this facility again and would highly recommend them to fellow travelers.
Had a late arrival at Orl Airport but still did not have to wait long for a shuttle. Frances was a very courteous and safe driver. Will use again- good rates, great service! It was necessary to have car parked as valet, but all this happened 1 wk after Irma, so lot was packed.
