Fast service and a great price. This is only place I use to park. I travel at least once a month and have always had a great experience. Shuttles run every few mins and never a long wait.
I finally decided to go their in person to speak with them. They refused to speak with me but sent their assistant who flat out lied and said the check was mail the day before. Still haven't received it.
After pulling my vehicle up, my husband went to go talk to the guy at the front desk. He was uncaring and wouldn't let other customers, who got there some time after us, go find their vehicles after they saw me run through the lot.
I complained to management Andrew Girges and Christian Hernandez. They denied the whole thing and told me I purposefully drove into their facility with a flat tire and that it was my fault. After posting this review, they reached out and said they would partially reimburse me for my expenses and that they request I update my review.
Everything was fine until I had to pick up my car. I had a late flight come in and the back of the parking stub said to call their number. So I did....8 times between myself and my boyfriend trying to reach them. No one ever answered, so I decided to take a stroll thinking maybe there is a shuttle just waiting at the spots designated. Nope. At this point it is just about 1:30am (45 minutes after I arrived on ground level) and I have another 1 hr and 45 minute drive home, so I decide to Uber to the car rental place. I get there, and there is a good 4 or so people on site! Why no one could pick up the phone is beyond me. They had 2 options on the phone, to call the Parking and to call the Rental. I called both and listened to their odd rendition of Girls Just Want to Have Fun multiple times.
We got back from our trip and what you're supposed to do is let them know to get your car ready. It wasn't. We asked about the status of my car twice and they told us to wait. We did, but there's only so much you can do after waiting for forty five minutes. I ran out there and was picked up to help them find my car. It's not a big lot. It really isn't. As we searched, they said that the vehicle may have not been labelled correctly. Lo and behold, there was my car. The valet guys in charge of finding cars told me to get back in the car to grab the keys from the main building, but I found my UNLOCKED vehicle with my keys on my console--which is in plain sight.
We didn't get a good impression when they said their shuttles came every twenty minutes, but actually came in forty.
So I ask an employee, trying to still be reasonable and tell them my situation. Maybe the phone is out or they got a new number? And the one response I get is "We have shuttles." Really?!? No apology, explanation, or sign of concern with their service. Just took my card and charged me. Aside from this, they had a text service where you text them your ticket number and your car would supposedly be waiting for you when you got to the rental place. That didn't happen either. Yea, bottom line - not coming here again.
So I urge you to consider parking anywhere else but this facility. I think you are better off parking on the side of the road or under an overpass.
THIS PLACE AND ITS MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE!

I agreed. But now I realize THIS WAS A SCAM!!!!!!! They never intended to reimburse me. It has been 3 months now. I have called multiple times. The managers refuse to speak with me. Their assistants keep telling me the check has been mailed out.
Although the price is reasonable and the wait to be picked up at the airport is consistent with other services, there is no acceptable excuse for making me wait 1 hour for my car at the lot. This is the height of incompetence. They ask you to text the ticket number when you call for pick up (which I did) so that your car will be ready for you. The fact is - they couldn't find it. This is the last thing you need after returning from a tiring trip. Do not use this service.
I wanted to update everyone on the service at this place.
I wouldn't go here again. Even if there were no other choice, I'd rather go awkwardly ask someone to drop us off at the airport.
Avoid this place at all cost! 5 months ago, I parked at this facility and the valet hit the curb with my vehicle which resulted in a flat tire. The valet admitted to this at the time of pick up. Despite that, they said I was on my own and I had to change the tire myself.
