Total scam. Pricing structure shows maximum cost to be $15. I was charged $21. Extremely uneducated workers could not explain to me why I owed $21 or show it to me on the sign. Just charged me $21.

Why is there a line of cars up to the 7th floor??? 3am. I live here. It had been 15 minutes and I've traveled 1 floor. Horrible garage. Takes forever.
