GEICO just keeps passing their customers off to another rep and that rep will transfer you again, this can go on for hours! Their unethical practices can affect one's cost of leaving GEICO to pursue cheaper rates. I had to find out from another insurance company that they paid out a claim on my policy AND I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED! I SEE ISSUES WITH THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FOR AN INSURANCE COMPANY. When I "tried" to find out why I was never notified, all I got was the run around! Final excuse was the original employee who paid out the claim was fired. The other party in case case admitted his quilt, however, I also got punished, why is this? I call it "GOVERNMENT" Greed! !!!!
