It's a parking lot. As long as it's covered parking that's safe with affordable rates it's gard not to like the parking lot.
Needs to be better maintained but is a good location for venues on the south end of downtown
Very clean location. The staff was very helpful and quick to assist and very understanding. We used the facility on an event night and even though there was a large number of vehicles leaving at one time, the parking attendant was efficient, and helped keep the cars moving as best as he could.
The City Common Parking Garage is easy to get to from I-4 and the parking attendants are usually polite. The garage is usually clean and is very well lit. I feel safe walking in it and leaving my car in it for extended periods of time.
No one needs a review of a parking garage but I will say this, it's connected thru a walkway and building to get you to within less than a block of the Phillips Center. So, if you are walking back to your car, by yourself, it helps you feel safer.
