There are places you need to avoid when they received so many negative reviews, and this is one business to avoid.
I JUST PICKED UP ME CAR. THESE GUYS ARE WONDERFUL. WHEN I LEFT MY CAR I GOT A HUG FROM THE OWNER. NOW I PICK IT

We waited 1 hour at the airport because they did not had a driver to pick us up. (A DRIVER, an essential position in a parking business.) We had to use a taxi to get to the parking lot. They were very unprofessional every time we called to get a status.
I wish I could give them a 0, but Google won't let me. Their customer service stinks worse than an outhouse bathroom. We got in from our flight, grabbed our bags, and then called like directed to. They said give them 15 minutes and they would be right there. 45 minutes passes, so we call curious to what was happening, 7 calls later and using a different number, they finally pick up and let us know, THEN, that the driver is late because he was helping someone who needed a jump start. That didn't bug us, we were upset that they couldn't call us back and let us know what happened. So we continue to wait like asked, we are now at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark and they are still not here. So we call back, nothing for a good 10 calls, they even hung up on us a few times and sent us directly to voicemail.
First time parking at this location this thanksgiving. Arrived in the early morning hours the day before the holiday, expecting it to be packed. Only a couple of other people checking in at 130am. The guy behind the counter was quick, polite and very helpful. I asked if lot was secure and he assured me it was. Upon arriving back, we collected our bags and called, shuttle service was quick and the the person who answered phone remembered checking us in. Our car was up front and ready to go on arrival. Great job by everyone. Brian and Guillermo were fantastic!! Thanks for making holiday traveling easier.
They FINALLY pick us after I call them one last time and talk to them about how upsetting this is. We waited at the airport for 1 hour and 45 minutes for this company. They had so many excuses as to why they didn't pick us up like promised at the beginning.

***If you have a luxury car - new car or you care about your car, AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! The parking is not paved and your car will get dirty-dusty.
ParkEzFly or Park Me Fly...Do not...and I mean... DO NOT use their service unless you don't mind waiting! I waited 45minutes for a return pickup. I stood the whole time...I was afraid that I wouldn't see them when they arrived ...the kicker...I have a foot injury. Several other park & flys were on their fifth rounds by they time they arrived. BTW I called several times, but it went to voicemail. I will NEVER use them again! Ever!
Save your money and park with a better company
IMMEDIATELY SENT ANOTHER DRIVER TO GET ME. THE EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS, GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU, AND IN GENERAL MAKE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE. ALSO FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, (AND I DEAL WITH THEM ALL THE TIME), I MADE A NOTE OF THE MILEAGE AND WHEN I CAME BACK IT SHOWED NO INCREASE.
Security issues; when we got to the parking lot, our car was parked with all windows down and keys in the ignition. Anyone could walk to the car and drive off.
All of this happened between 12:12 and 2 am in the morning... they said they were busy but we got to the sight and no one was there. We were able to talk to 2 other Park Me Fly customers, they as well had the same experience. I am so unhappy and will be calling in a complaint later on.
