When I returned on Monday, the driver was parked and about to leave but stopped and let me board when he saw me approaching the spot. So two stars because of him.
Last weekend was the first time I used Parking Spot, and I am not impressed. When I arrived, I asked where to go and the attendant rudely told me to follow the car in front of me. I had to wait for the family in front of me to park, unload their bags and board the shuttle before the driver told me to follow him to a spot. When I was on the shuttle, he dropped several passengers off at Terminal A and then complained about having to "drive all the way to the other side of the airport" to drop me off at Terminal B! Excuse me, but that's what you are paid to do! Then, he dropped me off at United instead of American.
I have used your service for years both for personal and business trips and I have been pleased BUT today 11-19 at around 6:45am the staff member that checked me in could not have been more hateful acting as if I were a child regarding directions on where to park and repeating them more than once. Then askin if I understood. I was not the one with the problem believe me. This pUT a damper on the beginning of my Thanksgiving holiday and his attitude is not one I will forget. Lots of other places to park.
Great service. Water in your way out of the area is wonderful. Long flights and dry mouth are quenched by The Parking Spot! Best place I’ve used from many states!
Check-in is fast and easy (definitely make a reservation ahead of time) and I like that they tell the driver exactly where you're going to park so they pick you up right outside your vehicle. Honestly the best part of parking at The Parking Spot vs. other airport parking facilities is that their shuttles run all the time. I never have to call (even for late pickups from the airport after 10PM) because I usually walk outside and there's already a shuttle sitting there. Whereas other parking places, I've called and they say they're on their way, still takes about 20-30 minutes, and then a huge line of people form because they've all been waiting forever. I've witnessed fights and meltdowns over getting on other parking shuttles because they don't come often enough and tons of people waiting. I have found that The Parking Spot definitely is the fastest and most reliable place to park my car!
Left my car with the Parking Spot and paid for a full detail. When I went to pick up my car it had white paints spots all over the car. I filed a claim with the Parking Spot and after 2 1/2 weeks still have not heard one word from the company. Called Flavia, the General Manger, twice but she has not returned my phone calls either. This company apparently doesn't mind taking your money but does not want to accept responsibility for their actions. I think I have to sue them to get a response and have my car repainted.
