Parked our car without incident. Fast pick up. Driver picked up scooter and all of out bags. He was fantastic.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER PARK HERE. WHEN CAR WAS PICKED UP NOT ONLY WAS MY CAR FILTHY AFTER PARKING IN A DIRT LOT WHEN I HAD PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR COVERED PARKING, CAR WAS DAMAGED WITH SCRATCHES ACROSS THE WHOLE SIDE OF MY DOOR AND I WAS OVER CHARGED AS WELL. THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR THE FILTH MY CAR HAD ENDURED WHILE ON THEIR PROPERTY. BEWARE!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!!
If I could select no stars I would! Park Bark and Fly stinks! NEVER have we experienced one smooth experience with them. As we wait, we see many other company's vans several times before we get ONE Park Bark and Fly van. Always wait about 30 minutes or more just to get back to our vehicle! Def need improvement...or more vans running at one time! The last thing you want to do after traveling is wait 30 minutes just to get to your car! I'd suggest using another airport parking!
Signs are not up to date. According to the signs, directing passengers where to go for specific rental car companies, we were sent back & forth three different times bc the signs were not updated with the changes. Its not a short walk either! We were not happy! Please update your signs/designated area's.
It's a bit pricey for economy parking and the bus takes a while so allow 20 minutes. There's usually space and you can get in with an EZ pass.
