We felt very confident in his choices and is opinion. I had back surgery and few day ago and Kevin remember and called my husband and I wishing me luck and that meant a lot to me. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Alexandra was extremely helpful in finding the perfect truck for me. She went above and beyond due to my stubbornness and was patient until we find the truck I wanted. Then it came to the part I normally hate (having to negotiate) but Ralph Simon made a fair deal upfront with non of the normal car sales tactics we all hate. I will definitely be going back to get a second car with Alexandra and Ralph in the future. I want to thank you guys for making the experience fast and fun.

Raymond at universal Nissan was an excellent sales person, he helped me out in not only choosing a vehicle of my liking, but also helping me stay within what I could actually afford. I went in thinking I may not qualify, but decided to give it a shot, he was determined and helped me through the process of getting approved.
